Paper Submission

• Deadline of WiPP Abstract Submission March 1, 2023
• Notification of Acceptance the week of March 8, 2023

Registration

• At least one author should register online for each paper.
• Registration after the Online Registration Deadline can only be made On-Site between May 14-18, 2023.
• Deadline of Early-Bird & Author Registration March 15, 2023

Submission Procedure

• Authors are required to submit 1 page (250 words max.) abstract formatted in the style of the official WiPP abstract template on the conference website.
• The submitted file should be in PDF format.
• Submit the abstract by email. The file should be sent to ASPACC 2023 Secretariat via secretariat@aspacc2023.org
• Select one of the topics in the topic list above, and include the topic number in the filename and email subject.
• The abstract file must be named: Topic No._Primary Contact Author Name.pdf
  e.g.: 03_DaMingChen.pdf
• Subject of the email must be “ASPACC2023 Poster – Topic No_Primary Contact Author Name. For example: ASPACC2023 Poster – 03_Da-Ming Chen
• If more than one poster is submitted to the same topic category by a primary contact author, please add sequential numbers for the submissions behind the author name, e.g.: 03_DaMingChen1.pdf, and ASPACC2023 Poster – 03_Da-Ming Chen 1
• All WiPP abstracts must be received before the deadline announced on the conference website.
• After receiving the abstract, a confirmation letter will be sent by the secretariat to the primary contact author. Poster number will also be provided in the email.

Note

• The Primary Contact Author of each submission is the person who sent the WiPP abstract to the ASPACC 2023 Secretariat. The Primary Contact Author will receive all correspondence regarding the status, presentation type, date and time.
• All submissions will be reviewed by the Program Committee of ASPACC 2023. If the WiPP abstract received is not within the scope of the conference, the committee reserves the right to reject the submission.
• Decision will be announced by emailing a notice of acceptance/rejection to the Primary Contact Author’s email address.
• Instruction for poster preparation and information of presentation time slot will be announced on the conference website.
