* Only online participation is currently possible for PRC passport holder due to COVID-19 related entry restriction.

* If the entry restriction can be lifted in time, online registrant intends to attend in-person should contact the conference secretariat (secreatriat@aspacc2023.org) to arrange the entry permit application. Please note that the difference between online and in-person registration fee (depends on the date of online registration) will have to be paid on-site in this case.

For each student giving oral presentation in person, complimentary banquet and excursion tickets will be offered.

Note

• Full payment must be paid by the corresponding deadlines.
• All bank charges should be paid by registrants.
• All fees will be charged in New Taiwan Dollar. The fees in US Dollar shown in the Registration Fee Table are for reference only.
• The actual amount charged to your credit card in local currency will be slightly different from the table above due to the exchange rate and additional fees charged by your credit card bank.

 

 

Cancellations & Refund Policy

• Cancellation request must be made in writing to the ASPACC 2023 Secretariat by e-mail (secretariat@aspacc2023.org) before the deadline.
• All refunds will be made after the conference.
• The bank service charges will be deducted from the refund.
• Onsite registration fee cannot be refunded.
• Please note that the deadline is based on Taiwan Time (GMT+8).
