Submission Format
- Authors are required to submit a paper restricted to 4 pages formatted in the style of the official template.
- The submitted file should be in PDF format.

General Policy
- All papers must be submitted before 23:59 (GTM+8) January 6, 2023 through On-line Submission System (Microsoft CMT). It is necessary to be a registered user to access the system. Please create a new account if you don’t have one before submitting the paper.
- Prepare your paper strictly formatted in the style of the official template provided on the conference website. Papers must be proofread carefully to avoid errors before the submission.
- Each paper should only be submitted once. It is required to select the primary subject area for the paper in the submission system. An additional secondary subject area can also be identified.
- Please note that you can check and revise your submitted paper on the system before the submission deadline. But once Online Submission System is closed, modifications on the initial submission will be no more possible.
- The Primary Contact Author of each submission should be a registered user of the ASPACC Online Submission System (Microsoft CMT), and be identified in the submission form.
- Please also identify the Presenting Author (if known) and if he/she is a student during submission.
- It is necessary to provide all co-authors contact Email, full name, affiliated organization, and country/region in the submission page. Should the co-authors be not filled in the submission form, the co-authors will not be shown in the program book.
- All papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee of the ASPACC 2023. If the paper received is not within the scope of the conference, or does not meet the scientific quality and style requirements, the committee reserves the right to reject the submission. Decision will be announced by emailing a notice of acceptance/rejection to the Primary Contact Author’s email address in the week of February 13, 2023.
- Instruction for Oral / Poster Presentation will be sent to the Primary Contact Author after the submitted paper is accepted. The Primary Contact Author will receive all correspondence regarding the status, presentation type, date and time, via the email that is provided in the submission system.
- Acknowledgement of the receipt of paper submission will be sent to all authors’ email addresses immediately upon submission.
Submission Process
- Submit the paper ( 4 pages max. formatted in the style of the official template ) in PDF format via On-line Submission System ( Micorsoft CMT ) ONLY
- Receive Submission Confirmation
- Receive Acceptance Notice in the week of February 13, 2023
- Submit Camera-Ready paper by March 15, 2023
